Pear & Ginger Mojito
Ingredients:
- 50 ml - Schnapps Idea Pear brandy (Packham or Bosc)
- 25 ml - Fresh lime juice
- 20 ml - Sugar syrup
- 1pc - Ginger root (size of a thumb)
- Salt
- 6 Mint leaves
- Soda water
Directions:
- Muddle the lime juice, ginger, sugar and mint leaves in a small jug, crushing the mint and ginger as you go.
- Pour into a tall glass and add a handful of ice.
- Pour over the schnapps Idea Pear brandy, stirring with a long-handled spoon.
- Top up with soda water, garnish with mint and serve.
