Hazelnut Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chill a coup or Martini glass until very cold.
  2. Pour the Hazelnut, Espresso and Liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the ice cubes / crushed ice
  4. Close and shake vigorously for 10 sec. 
  5. Double strain.
  6. A rich, creamy thick foam should be there to pour on top. 
  7. Float 3 coffee beans on the foam and serve immediately.
