Hazelnut Espresso Martini
Ingredients:

60ml - Schnapps Idea Hazelnut
- 30ml - fresh Espresso
- 30ml - Coffee Liqueur (like Kahlua)
- Ice
Directions:
- Chill a coup or Martini glass until very cold.
- Pour the Hazelnut, Espresso and Liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ice cubes / crushed ice
- Close and shake vigorously for 10 sec.
- Double strain.
- A rich, creamy thick foam should be there to pour on top.
- Float 3 coffee beans on the foam and serve immediately.
