Our Cherry Brandy (Kirschwasser) follows a meticulous fermentation and distillation process. What then follows is a maturation process of at least 1-year, for the Cherry Brandy to fully develop it distinctly Cherry aroma and smooth taste.

Victorian cherries are used to showcase the versatility of the Cherry and to capture the remarkable difference to a Schwarzwälder Kirschwasser (Black Forest Cherry Brandy).

Drink it neat on it own or in combination with a cheese platter, or add it to your fondue. A truly amazing spirit!
