The Royal Gala's pale yellow, firm and juicy flesh, is ideal for our traditional Apple Fruit Brandy thanks to its strong, fruity aroma and sweetness.
Through gentle, slow fermentation and distillation, our Fruit Brandy matures for some time in glass demijohns until it develops its full, powerful flavour and intense aroma before it is ready to be bottled.
This classic is to be enjoyed neat, best at room temperature. Try it in an Apple Alexandre cocktail.
